We will be using seasonal ingredients and fresh products only. All the preparations can be eaten in-house accompanied with tea or coffee, or taken “to go”.

From cakes, tarts, eclairs, chocolate, and souffles to the most complex desserts, once you have acquired the basic pastry techniques you can juggle with seasonal products to make all sorts of wonderful creations. You will learn how to prepare 5-6 classic French desserts from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. Make desserts such as crême brulée, madeleines, molten chocolate cake, soufflé glacé au Grand-Marnier and classic Tarte tatin.
The Chef will guide you through the recipes as you learn the secrets of French desserts. The icing on the cake is that after the class, you can eat your tasty desserts or choose to take them home with you.
