Languedoc-Roussillon The Languedoc-Roussillon is a southern region where the Pyrenees Mountains run to the scenic coast and the Mediterranean Sea. This sun drenched, herbal region is known for its French table wines that are either sweet or dry. The cuisine is Catalan and this region has a strong Catalan influence as well.
